Abstract

There is an unjustified conviction that the act of reading only implies what is essential, knowing how to read. Others believe that minimal cultural resources are needed if the text has scientific or philosophical references. The reading of literary works would only need a certain sensitivity. What here is reflected about is that act that seems natural to us but is possibly the most artificial in our culture. The main axes on which this falsely solitary practice is based on are dismantled: symbolic, cultural, ethical, gendered... on what articulates the subject that sinks into a book. It proposes a new reading subject, who sees and reads beyond our androcentric, heteronormative, elitist culture.
